All our build are custom and made to order. Therefore it takes 3-5 business days to build before products is shipped. In special circumstances, like promotional events, we will have ready to ship boxes available and will be labeled on the website.
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
Warranty Policy:
• All purchases come with a life time warranty
• Within one year Banger Boxes will pay for shipment to banger boxes for repair and back to customer
• Outside one year the customer will have to pay for shipping but product repair with be completely covered by banger boxes.
• Warranty does not apply in situation where box has been completely destroyed
